Developing a wide range of new homes

Orchard Brae will bring 980 much-needed homes, including 200 affordable and social properties, to the area.

Homes are expected to vary in type to accommodate the wide requirements of the area, including first-time buyers, growing families, and those looking to downsize.

Orchard Brae is currently in discussion with several leading homebuilders including key delivery partners Springfield to adopt the phases and development pockets.
